What we handle

Owning in Spain shouldn’t mean drowning in paperwork

Spanish tax for non-residents is a maze of deadlines, models and town-hall letters in Spanish. We take all of it off your plate.

Modelo 210 filing

Your non-resident income tax return prepared and filed correctly every year — whether your property is rented out or sitting empty.

Letters answered & resolved

We don’t just catch letters from Hacienda and your town hall and explain them — we reply on the matter and sort out whatever the administration is asking for, end to end.

IBI & rubbish tax

We track your local property tax (IBI) and refuse charges, make sure they’re paid on time, and stop late-payment surcharges piling up.

Rental income tax

Renting your place out? We prepare and file your rental income returns, deduct the allowable expenses, and keep you fully compliant.

Deadline tracking

Every Spanish tax deadline that applies to you, watched and met. You’ll never get a fine because something slipped through.

An advisor you can reach

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I really have to file taxes if my home is empty?
Yes. As a non-resident owner, Spain taxes the «imputed income» of a property even if it’s never rented out. The Modelo 210 for imputed income is due every year, and skipping it is one of the most common reasons owners get penalties.
What is the Modelo 210?
It’s the Spanish non-resident income tax return. Depending on your situation it covers either the imputed income of an empty home or the income from renting it out. We prepare and file it for you, so you never have to wrestle with the Agencia Tributaria portal.
I don’t speak Spanish. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that’s exactly who we’re built for. Every conversation, document summary and official letter is handled in plain English by an advisor who deals with non-resident owners every day.
How do you handle letters from the town hall or Hacienda?
Working with your digital certificate, we monitor for official notifications relating to your property. When something arrives, we don’t just tell you what it means — we reply to the administration on your behalf and resolve whatever they’re asking for, keeping you posted in plain English the whole way.
What does the flat fee actually include?
Your plan covers all the filings, tracking and support listed — no per-letter or per-question charges. The tax you owe to the Spanish authorities is, of course, yours to pay, but you don’t have to lift a finger: we leave everything set up so the amount is charged automatically from your account on the due date by direct debit. No transfers, no logging in, no deadlines to remember.
Can you help if I’m selling my Spanish property?
Yes. Selling triggers capital gains tax and a 3% retention for non-residents, plus possible reclaim opportunities. That’s handled separately from the monthly plan — get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.
